Agreeing to these terms
By using Handspun you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard license agreement for apps. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Handspun.
Tape rules
Nothing on a tape (its title, the name it’s from, its notes or its voice notes) may contain:
- hate speech, or attacks on people for who they are
- harassment, bullying or threats
- sexual content or nudity
- violence, self-harm, or anything that encourages them
- spam, scams, or someone else’s private information
- anything illegal, or anything you don’t have the right to share
Don’t use Handspun to send tapes to someone who doesn’t want them.
What happens when a tape breaks the rules
Anyone can report a tape from its ••• menu. We review every report within 24 hours. Tapes that break these rules are taken down, so they disappear from Handspun for everyone who has them. You can also block anyone, and their tapes stop reaching you.
Your tapes
What you put on a tape is yours, and you’re responsible for it. Songs play from Apple Music and stay subject to Apple’s terms; Handspun never copies them. Voice notes you record must be your own, or something you have the right to share.
No warranty
Handspun is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but tapes rely on iCloud and Apple Music, and we can’t promise they’ll always be available.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here. Questions or reports: email mail@tunetransit.app.
